EFT Emotional Freedom Technique

A combination of ancient Chinese Acupressure and modern psychology, to improve your health, wealth, relationships and more.
It is a simple technique, easily learned and put into practice. It can be used by kids (for example in schools in Brazil and the UK).
EFT helps decrease the intensity of emotions and release blockages. It is highly effective in case of strong anger, pain or despair, in the heat of a crisis. It can also be used to recall and release negative emotional issues, thought patterns and behaviours.
It is recognised worldwide as a modern behavioral therapy and several researches were made to document its effect.
1 - Set-up
While rubbing the sore spot or tapping the Karate Chop point, repeat this affirmation phrase 3 times:
EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THIS _____________ I DEEPLY AND COMPLETELY ACCEPT MYSELF
Take a long deep breath
2 - The sequence
Tap about 7 times each point below while repeating a shortened/reminder phrase
Remember to breath along the way, for example stopping at Collar Bone point to take a long deep breath and acknowledge what you are feeling.
